About the CLC: The Townsville Community Legal Centre provides free legal services and pursues legal and social change to address inequalities in the law and in society. The CLC promotes legal education, provides crisis assistance and referral and encourages community participation in the delivery of legal services.

TCLS provides generalist legal service, welfare rights service, financial counselling, registrated migration agency, casework in priority areas, telephone advice and Thursday evening advice.
